WIRTUAL App Manual
This manual will take you through the basics on how to use the app as well as cover the app's various features and anything else you will need to know to make the most out of your WIRTUAL experience. Please see the table of contents below for more details.

How to get started
Download the WIRTUAL application from the App Store or the Google Play
If you don't want to make an account yet, you can click on "Guest Login" to enter the app and browse through our various challenges and features.
If you have been with us for a while now, you will still be able to login through Facebook (Old login version). However, if you have not been on the application in over 60 days, you will not be able to enter you account. Instead, you will need to input your phone number and login with the OTP sent to your phone like any other new user.
Once you have browsed the app, and you would like to join a challenge, you will need to register (if you have not registered already and instead previously chose to enter through Guest Login).
Here is how you register:
- Choose your country code, enter your phone number
- Enter the OTP code sent to you as verification in order to enter your account
- Tick “Terms and Conditions”
- Registered successfully
Now you're all set! You are now able to join challenges, events, and other WIRTUAL activities.
How to join a challenge
The challenges on the application include running, walking, biking, swimming, dancing, and working out. You can choose any challenge at any distance you would like. There are free challenges and paid challenges.
Free Challenges
Go into the challenge menu. Pick a challenge, and pick the distance you aim to accomplish. Then click "Join". Now you can begin your challenge and share your progress or compete with your friends on the platform.
Paid Challenges
Go into the challenge menu. Pick a challenge, and pick the distance you aim to accomplish. You may want to take a look at the prizes you could be winning in order to help you decide on your challenge. Then click "Join". Enter your name, address, phone number and size (if the prize for the challenge is an item of clothing). Once you have filled in the information, the app will take you to the checkout where you will make payment. There are two payment methods available:
- Credit / Debit card
Once you have made the payment, you can begin the challenge.

- Click "Challenge"
- Choose Event
- Choose Challenge
- Click "Join"
- Click "Your Cart"
- Click "Checkout"
- Shipping & Payment
- Payment Successful
How to submit your activity results
There are 5 simple steps to submit your activity data:
- Click "Submit Results"
- Choose a type of exercise
- Choose your challenge
- Choose your activity result
- Click "Submit"
There are two ways you can send us your activity data:
Upload Image (you will not be eligible to receive cryptocurrency with this method)
If you are using a health / fitness application that is not currently compatible with WIRTUAL and does not allow for automatic upload of results, you can still screenshot the results on your phone or take a picture of the results on your smart watch / other fitness equipment. Make sure the date, distance, and time are clearly visible in the image and the information you have entered matches the image you have sent us.
Once you have sent in your activity results, please wait for a notification from us which will let you know whether your results have been accepted or not. Authentication of the results may take up to 24 hours.
Automatic Submission (you will be eligible to receive cryptocurrency with this method)
WIRTUAL is compatible with Strava, Garmin, and Fitbit (Apple Health and Google Fit coming soon). Make sure you have connected your application or smart watch mentioned with the WIRTUAL app. You results will be automatically uploaded. You will not need to enter any information manually.
Once you have sent in your activity results, please wait for a notification from us which will let you know whether your results have been accepted or not. You will receive this message immediately upon submission.
How to earn cryptocurrency
You can sweat mine for $WIRTUAL. The more active you are, the more coins you can earn (cryptocurrency can only be earned through automatic submissions made from your device or application).
Once your results have been submitted automatically, you will receive $WIRTUAL through your Internal Wallet. The coins will be transferred after 00:00 (UTC+0) from the following day that you have made a submission.
How to transfer $WIRTUAL
There are two wallets you can transfer $WIRTUAL from.
- Internal Wallet
You can transfer $WIRTUAL into your Internal Wallet, but there are transfer fee which will be charged for the first 7 days, starting at 30% and decreasing by 5% every day. After Day 7, there will be no additional charge required!
- External Wallet (transfers outside the platform will be charges a gas fee)
You can transfer $WIRTUAL from your internal wallet to your external wallet in order to swap your $WIRTUAL with other coins. You can also use $WIRTUAL in your external wallet to engage in other financial activities outside of the platform such as activities that occur on other exchanges. All these activities which concern the use of your external wallet, where coins are being transferred out of the WIRTUAL platform to an external platform will be charged a gas fee.
How to buy NFTs?
NFTs wearable will unlock a variety of special features on the platform that will help you mine for even more cryptocurrency.
For those who want to own NFTs, here is how to buy one!
- Open Avatar Shop
- Select the item you want to purchase
- Login with your WIRTUAL account
- Click Buy Now
- Enter Master Pin

How to dress your Avatar
You will be able to change the wearables on your Avatar at any time. You can continuously purchase or obtain new wearables to add to your Avatar's closet.
Here is how you change the wearables on your Avatar:
- Click “Profile”
- Click Avatar icon
- Click “Customize”
- Change or select a new wearable item you have
- Click Save
If you would like to purchase more items, you can look through the items available in the Avatar Shop and pay with WIRTUAL.
Some items are locked. To gain access to these, you can enter a challenge to unlock these special items (depending on the requirements of each item).
